Team Empire Dota 2 vs. Elements Pro Gaming (WellPlay Invitational #6, December 18, Sunday, 17:00 CET)

In the month of November, Team Empire has won 17 of the 30 games while their opponents, Elements Pro Gaming, haven’t played much competitive Dota 2 since their last official game back in August. Even though Team Elements Pro Gaming have won 2 of the last 3 encounters between the sides, the odds will be very different for both teams.

The new patch has come into play, which has changed the landscape of the game by significant margins and Elements Pro Gaming will be rusty when facing off against one the most experienced sides in the world of Dota 2.

ex-Imperial vs.  ProDota Gaming (WellPlay Invitational #6, December 18, Sunday, 20:00 CET)

ProDota Gaming has only won 4 of the 8 games in December and is in a rut with a 3 game losing streak. They will compete against the newly formed side of ex-Imperial, who will be playing their first game as a competitive team. Although the side is new to the world of Dota 2, they certainly don’t lag behind in experience.  They have experienced and well reputed players in the game and could very well register their first win in their first game against the recently underperforming ProDota Gaming.

iG Vitality vs. Wings Gaming (  Dota 2 Professional League Season 2, December 19, Monday, 07:00 CET)

Both sides were defeated in the round of 16 of the Boston Major, but with a very different mindset. The side of iG Vitality played their tactics to the limit and was outperformed by Evil Geniuses. However, the side of Wings Gaming came to Boston “just to have fun.” The team captain revealed that the team is preparing for the TI7 and will not take the Boston Major results into many perspectives. Head-to-head, IG Vitality has failed to win in the past four encounters and will have a tough time against the TI6 champions.

EHOME vs. iG Vitality (Dota 2 Professional League Season 2, December 19, Monday, 11:30 CET)

EHOME also faced an early exit in the Boston Major after losing to Team NP in the round of 16. They will be looking to get back to their winning ways against iG Vitality since the side has won 7 of the past 6 encounters between them, with a draw being the exception. So to start the Dota 2 Professional League Season, two things are looking very bleak for  iG Vitality as far as statistics go.
