DraftKings Leagues is a great way to create unique contests and satisfy your hunger for custom DFS competitions. You can invite your friends and create private contests with or without an entry fee and prize pool. Here is how it works:
First things first, you need a DraftKings.com account. After you register, you can create a league from this link:

The creation of your first custom league at DraftKings Leagues is easy. You go through the registration process following a step-by-step guide. It helps you configure your sport, contest format, start time, type, size and other details.
You can name your league by yourself or press “Randomize” to get to choose from fancy names like “Alliance of Old-fashioned Goblins”. In order to get things going quicker, the DraftKings Leagues system lets you send e-mail invitations to your friends.
You can associate your league to 10 different sports, such as football, soccer, baseball, and even League of Legends – one of the biggest eSport disciplines.
There are various game styles for each sport – Classic and Pick’Em for NFL, different leagues for League of Legends and Golf, Arcade mode for MLB, and more.
The Classic game style for NFL and MLB for example, lets you create your lineup while staying under the $50,000 salary cap. The Pick’Em game style has no salary cap and makes it easier for new players to start their DFS journey.
In DraftKings Leagues you can choose between two main types for your contest – Head To Head or Multiplayer. The winner takes all in H2H competitions, while the Multiplayer format allows for three or more (up to 200) participants and you can set the prize distribution.
Starting from as little as a dollar, you can set a prize pool of up to $10,600. Of course you can play for fun as well and skip the entry fees and prize structure.
In your league you can create custom contests with or without entry fees. You set the number of participants and the prize distribution.
The DraftKings Leagues software allows you to set up a DFS contest once and make it a recurring one on a weekly basis. Do not limit yourself to just one sport. You can include DFS challenges from all sports in the same league, making it more exciting and fun.
DraftKings Leagues makes it easy to check your stats and compare them to your friends’ performance.
The Private Leaderboards provide detailed information about each participant’s fantasy experience – overall or by sport. If you usually stand at the top of DFS tables, this is the place to prove your bragging eligibility.
With DraftKings you can enjoy DFS on any device. The web version runs on your PC or laptop browser and the mobile application lets you travel freely while still enjoying the competition thrills in DraftKings Leagues.
When configured, both web and mobile applications can send you real-time notifications.
For now, the DFS services of DraftKings, one of the leading fantasy sports providers, are available for users in the US, Canada, Germany, Malta, and the UK.
